With nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Dan has built a career centered on developing strategic partnerships with hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) across the United States. He founded Healthcare Solutions US in 2016 to help emerging and established healthcare companies accelerate market adoption by aligning clinical value, operational impact, and financial outcomes for provider organizations. Prior to founding Healthcare Solutions US, Dan spent more than two decades with Arjo and later Getinge Group, as well as ZimmerBiomet where he served as Health Systems Director and led strategic relationships with major health systems throughout the Southeast. Dan has helped numerous healthcare organizations and medical technology companies successfully bring innovative solutions into clinical practice.
Geoff is a healthcare sales executive and consultant with 25 years experience in the industry. He has held roles ranging from account representative and regional manager to strategic/national accounts director and Vice President of Sales, with responsibility across disposable, capital, and rental product categories. He has a strong track record of building high-performing sales teams, executing complex enterprise sales, and driving growth across acute care IDNs and non-acute markets. A multi–President’s Club winner, Geoff held leadership roles with two top-25 medical device companies, managing contracts, leading system conversions, and aligning clinical, operational, and financial value for key stakeholders. Geoff is a certified Miller Heiman Strategic Selling trainer and also completed advanced coursework in SPIN Selling, Executive Conversations, The Speed of Trust, and Experienced Management. Geoff concentrates working with innovative healthcare companies to accelerate go-to-market execution, strengthen strategic account performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

As a partner, he works with healthcare leaders and technology partners to advance collaboration and drive meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery and operational performance. Prior to joining HSUS, Don served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at RevSpring and held multiple senior leadership roles at Arjo, including Executive Director of Strategic Accounts and Area Director for Diligent Guaranteed Solutions. He also served as Regional Vice President at Vizient, one of the nation’s leading healthcare performance improvement companies. Throughout his career, Don has built a reputation for cultivating executive relationships with large health systems and helping organizations implement solutions that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
