Dan Romano - Founder, Managing Partner
Dan founded Healthcare Solutions US in 2015. He has over 27 year of executive sales experience in the medical device market. Dan has worked as a corporate account director for multiple Top 25 medical device companies with specialties in cardiac, vascular, and other surgical specialty devices.
Dan also has an extensive background in capital sales and rental equipment in the hospital market and is a 5-time sales representative of the year with multiple device organizations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business from The Ohio State University.
Dan resides in North Palm Beach, FL with his wife and three children.
Geoff Rohrer - Managing Partner
Geoff is a healthcare sales executive and consultant with more than two decades of experience in the medical device industry, having built his career since 2002. He has held roles as account representative, regional manager, strategic and national accounts leader, and Vice President of Sales, with responsibility across disposable, capital, and rental product categories.
Geoff has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations, executing complex enterprise sales, and driving growth within both acute care Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and non-acute healthcare markets. A multi–President’s Club winner, he has held management positions at two top-25 medical device companies (by revenue), where he managed multimillion-dollar contracts, led complex conversions, and aligned clinical, operational, and financial value for health system stakeholders.
In addition to his operational experience, Geoff brings a strong foundation in strategic selling and leadership development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, is a certified Miller Heiman Strategic Selling trainer, and has completed advanced coursework in SPIN Selling, Executive Conversations, The Speed of Trust, and Experienced Manager training.
Geoff resides in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with his wife and two daughters and currently partners with innovative healthcare companies to accelerate go-to-market execution, strengthen strategic account performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
